How to Order a Custom Watch: An Easy Step-by-Step Guide

Ordering a custom watch does not need to be complicated. Whether you need one personalized watch, corporate gifts, team watches or a bulk custom watch order for resale, Custom Gorillas can guide you from your first idea to worldwide delivery.

Step 1: Choose Your Preferred Watch Model

Start by selecting the watch model you would like to customize. If you are unsure, tell us your budget, preferred style and intended use. We can recommend suitable options for individual orders, resellers, corporate gifts, sports teams, automotive clubs, events, schools and fashion brands.

Step 2: Send Your Requirements on WhatsApp

Contact us on WhatsApp and provide your preferred watch model, quantity, delivery country, required date, estimated budget, logo or artwork, preferred colors and reference images.

There is no minimum order quantity. You may order one personalized watch or request tiered wholesale pricing for 20, 50, 100 pieces or more.

Step 3: Receive a Quotation and Make Payment

We review your requirements and prepare a quotation based on the watch model, quantity, customization, packaging and delivery destination. Because every project is specially customized using an original, high-value watch, full payment is required before design work and production begin.

Shipping is quoted separately according to the destination, parcel size and weight.

Step 4: Review Your Custom Watch Design

The first design proposal normally takes approximately 3–5 working days after we receive your requirements and payment. Up to two revisions are included; additional revisions may incur an extra fee.

Production begins only after you approve the final design.

Step 5: Choose a Sample or Bulk Production

A paid sample may be arranged before bulk production. Sample production normally takes approximately 7–10 working days after design approval. Bulk custom watch production normally takes 3–6 weeks, depending on the quantity and complexity.

If you have an event date or delivery deadline, tell us at the beginning of the project.

Step 6: Production, Inspection and Updates

During production, we may provide design previews, progress updates and completed-product photos. Every order is inspected before shipment to check the customization, appearance and quantity.

Step 7: Worldwide Delivery

Completed custom watches are shipped worldwide using FedEx or another suitable international courier. Tracking details will be provided when available. Import duties, taxes and customs charges are the buyer's responsibility.
