F1 Watch FAQ
1. Is this an original G-SHOCK watch?
Yes. The watch itself is an original G-SHOCK, customised by our team with our own design, printing and finishing process.
2. Will all the original watch functions still work?
Yes. The customisation is done on the watch parts without removing the normal functions of the watch. You can still use it as you would normally.
For specific functions such as water resistance, shock resistance, alarms and timers, the specifications depend on the watch model used.
3. Will the design peel off after some time?
It is not a sticker.
The artwork is printed directly onto the watch parts using our in-house printing process, so there is no sticker layer that can simply peel off.
Normal wear can still happen over time depending on how the watch is used.
4. Is the custom watch durable for daily use?
Yes, it is made to be worn, not just displayed.
We customise the external parts while keeping the watch functional. As with any watch, scratches and normal wear can happen depending on usage.
5. Is it still water and shock resistant after customisation?
Yes. The watch keeps its original functions, including its water-resistant and shock-resistant features.
Our customisation is done on the external watch parts without changing the internal movement or normal functions of the watch.
For water resistance, the exact rating depends on the specific G-SHOCK model used.
6. Are these official racing team watches?
No. These are independently customised watches created with racing-inspired designs. They are not official products, collaborations or endorsements from any racing team or automotive brand.
7. Can I customise my own watch design?
Yes. You do not have to choose only from the designs shown here.
You can send us your idea, colours, logo, reference or theme, and our designer can help turn it into a custom watch design.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We can ship custom watches internationally.
Shipping fees are calculated according to destination and parcel details. Import duties and local taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
9. Is a warranty included?
Each featured watch includes a one-year warranty, subject to the applicable warranty terms and exclusions.
10. Can I add my name, number or logo?
Yes. You can personalise the existing watch design with your name, number, logo or other selected details.
