How the Custom Watch Process Works

1Share your idea

Tell us your preferred watch model, quantity, delivery country and required date. Send your logo, artwork or reference images.

2Receive a design proposal

Our team prepares the initial design proposal in approximately 3–5 working days. Up to two revisions are included before production. Additional revisions may incur a fee.

3Approve and make payment

Each project is specially produced using an original, high-value watch, so full payment is required before production.

4Sample or bulk production

A paid sample can be arranged. Sample production takes approximately 7–10 working days after design approval. Bulk production normally takes 3–6 weeks, depending on quantity and project complexity.

5Worldwide delivery

Orders are shipped by DHL, FedEx or another suitable international courier. Shipping is quoted separately. Import duties, taxes and customs charges are the buyer's responsibility.
